CONCEAL FACE MASK RECOGNITION USING CONVOLUTIONAL NEURAL NETWORK









Abstract

A conceal face mask recognition is an open source web application that uses machine learning runs in Jupiter. In this current situation the spread of COVID is large in number, to minimize the spread everyone should wear the mask and maintain the social distancing. In schools, colleges … all should wear the mask to reduce the spread of COVID. Manual process is used to confirm that all the candidate in the organization wearing the mask. To automate the manual process, conceal face mask recognition is used. In this proposed system, recognizing that the person is wearing the mask or not wearing the mask by using image processing through the help of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). CNN uses datasets to recognize that person in the image is wearing the mask or not wearing the mask. Dataset will have two classification which first one will have set of wearing mask images and the second classification will set of without mask images. By utilizing the Region Of Interest (ROI), to identify the dataset and given image to classify whether the person is wearing the mask or not wearing the mask.
