There are very advancements in the technologies for the photography industry. If a person is a professional photographer, or he just captures his photos from a normal smartphone, or if a person is a professional editor the common thing is that the filters available for editing this are very important for all of them. The filter presented in this paper is a face filter that blurs out the faces of people who are smiling in a photo. This filter has a very wide application in the photography industry. It automates the task of blurring the faces of people who are smiling in a photo. Currently, in the market, there are filters in the market that can blur the background or can blur the faces of everyone in a photo, but this filter is a unique one this blurs the face of a person who is smiling in the photo and does not blur the face of a person who is not smiling in a photo. It uses Open CV and Haar Cascade Classifier to detect faces and smiles. The face of the person is blurred using the Gaussian Blur which makes it very tough to regenerate the face.
