This paper introduces a novel blockchain-based decentralized federation model that embodies quality verification for cloud providers and visualizes the URL from which the DDoS attack (Distributed denial-ofservice attack) originated. A cloud provider can't prevent all information (data) threats, whereas the cloud developers have to apply effective encryption techniques to ensure the integrity of information (data). Our proposed model has a single trusted oracle to perform the verification. The blockchain is a fully distributed structure which provides transparent administration by involving agents. To maximize the profit and optimizes the cost of using a third party (i.e., oracle) we propose to use stackelberg differential game. DDoS is a cloudspecific attack in which the attack source is always more than one; multiple machines attack a user by sending packets with large data overhead. Such attacks make the resources unavailable to the user by immense the network with unwanted traffic. This paper propose to find out the attacker and block the site from which the attack is made and recovery attacked URL without down the server.
