The classification of fruits and vegetables according to their quality has a significant impact on their price, customers, and Industries. Analyzing the quality by humans is always subjective and varies from person to person. It also becomes quite difficult to classify and predict their quality if the quantity is huge. The previous research is unable to explain the complete process for sorting the fruits/vegetables according to their quality using both software and IoT. We are using the deep learning algorithm on our servers to predict the quality and simultaneously using the hardware connected with the IoT to classify them according to the quality in the real world. It tries to make use of strategies for extracting color, size, and other attributes from processing images by comparing them with the trained dataset's properties. In addition, a processed image is created after image processing, which marks the individual objects in the raw image by finding the contour and applying the watershed algorithm. We can classify the different fruits and vegetables using IoT Machine with an accuracy of up to 90%
