personal assistant based on internet of things








Abstract

The paper presents an autonomous device that can be used as personal assistant. The solution consists of a system composed by an autonomous robot, an android application, a web site and a wearable device. By using these components, we can serve multiple purposes depending on the users’ needs, thus eliminating the need to buy one device for each function. The hardware components of the system were carefully chosen such as the trade-off between quality and price would have an optimal value: good quality whilst making it affordable to the day-by-day user.
