LAND REGISTRATION AND RECORD MANAGEMENT USING BLOCKCHAIN

LAND REGISTRATION AND RECORD MANAGEMENT USING BLOCKCHAIN

ABSTRACT: –

When manual processes are used, there are many problems in land registry and records management systems, such as duplicate documents and a lack of security and transparency. Blockchain has emerged as a solution to these issues. It is very helpful in creating the electronization of public administration, and it is very helpful in creating electronic administration. Fakes are immutable. Specific plots are not allowed during registration. It provides trust and compliance among all entities in the network or system. This proposed system provides an automated solution for filing record maintenance documents and also provides a consensus-based contract to automate and easily maintain the loan processing process through KYC verification that provides transparency to users when calculating or estimating the amount of credit that can be sanctioned to the user based on payment terms instead of existing typical manual processes. The proposed method is managed by blockchain and includes a multi-level authentication scheme to create a system that is more secure and provides fast verification for all parties involved. Seller and buyer record data is hashed using the generated token. This token is valid for a specific time limit within which the process must be confirmed to make the system more secure. This token verifies the authenticity of documents through an online process to prevent fraud or falsification of land records using manual techniques. There are many problems within the land registry and control structures of documents such as file replicas, which are much less stable and have no transparency. Python has emerged as a brand new technology for solving problems that are much less stable, and it enables a lot in creating e-government because it is immutable. Fakes associated with a unique land at a specific point in the registry are not permitted. This ensures consistency among all entities within a community or machine. This proposed machine provides an automatic response to the renovation of land cadastre documents and, in addition, provides smart settlement primarily based on full compliance with automation and hassle-free maintenance using KYC verification that offers customers transparency in calculating or estimating the amount of mortgage that consumers can sanction primarily based on income conditions instead of the current typical guide processes. The current land registration system is a time-consuming process for transferring property ownership related to a land transaction. Country data is stored in one place, which also leads to security issues. In some cases, incomplete or incorrect registration leads to ownership disputes and land litigation. In this work, a land registration system using blockchain is proposed to overcome the aforementioned limitations of the land registration system. Decentralized blockchain data storage provides security, and landowners’ data can be securely stored to avoid land ownership conflicts. Land is an important asset, and the use of blockchain technology can help improve this sector’s working implementation as well as its features significantly for a smooth and seamless work flow to achieve a reliable system

SYSTEM:-

Land registration and record management using blockchain technology can provide a secure and transparent way of managing land titles and property ownership. Blockchain technology can ensure that every transaction is recorded in an immutable and tamper-proof ledger, which can reduce the potential for fraud and disputes. Here’s a possible system for land registration and record management using blockchain:

  • User Registration: Users will have to register on the blockchain platform to be able to access the system. This will include providing personal information such as name, address, and identification.
  • Land Registration: To register land ownership, the user will have to provide the land’s details, such as the location, area, and property type. The system will then generate a unique identifier for the land title, which will be recorded on the blockchain.

  • transfer of ownership: When a land owner wants to transfer the ownership of the land, the transaction will be recorded on the blockchain. The transfer will require the approval of both the current owner and the new owner, and once approved, the transaction will be recorded on the blockchain ledger.

  • verification of ownership: Anyone can verify land ownership by accessing the blockchain ledger, which will contain all the details of the land, including its ownership history.
  • Dispute Resolution: If there is a dispute over land ownership, the blockchain system can provide a transparent and accurate way of resolving the dispute. The system will contain all the transaction details related to the land, making it easy to verify the ownership history.

  • smart contract execution: Smart contracts can be used to automate the execution of certain actions related to land ownership. For example, a smart contract can be created to automatically transfer ownership when certain conditions are met, such as the completion of a payment.

  • integration with other systems: The blockchain system can be integrated with other systems, such as property tax systems, to provide a more efficient and streamlined way of managing land ownership.
  • Security: The blockchain system will be secured by cryptographic algorithms, which will ensure that every transaction is recorded in an immutable and tamper-proof way.

In summary, the above system can provide a secure and transparent way of managing land ownership and registration, reducing the potential for fraud and disputes. Blockchain technology can help create a more efficient and streamlined system for managing land records, which can ultimately benefit both landowners and governments. a bag of words representation of each ad to train interpretable models

PROPOSED SYSTEM:-

There are many problems in land registry and document management systems when using manual processes, such as duplicate documents, less security, and no transparency. There is also the possibility that documents may be lost, or if the official is using the system, the data may be less secure. To overcome all these problems, we found a solution, which is a Python-based soil verification system. Python has emerged as a new technology for solving or solving less secure problems, and it is assisting greatly in the creation of E-Government.Since it is immutable, page-specific spoofing during registration is not allowed. This creates trust and consensus among all entities in the network or system. Our proposed system therefore provides and manages automatic country verification and tracks registration documents. It also features a smart consensus to easily automate and maintain country and user verification and provides transparency to users when calculating or estimating the amount of credit that can be sanctioned to users based on payment terms. Instead of the existing typical manual processes, the proposed procedure will be solved using Python, which includes an authentication scheme to increase the security of the system and enable fast verification for all interested parties (sellers and buyers). After the seller logs in, the seller can add land information such as a land image, a land name, a land price, a land number, a state, a land document, an area, and an address. Store this information in a database. All information about the plot can be viewed on the buyer’s side. purchase real estateIf another user buys this property, an error message like “The land has already been registered by another user” will appear. After the purchase of this property, the seller receives a request from the buyer. The seller sends this request to the government office to verify the land document. The admin then decides whether to accept or reject that country; if accepted, a status message is sent to both the seller and the buyer. The seller then transfers the funds to the buyer, and the buyer pays this amount.

MODULES:-

  • User Registration Module: This module is responsible for registering users on the blockchain platform, which will enable them to access the system. It will include collecting personal information such as name, address, and identification to verify their identity.

  • Land Registration Module: This module will be used to register land ownership. It will allow users to enter the land details, such as location, area, and property type. Once registered, the system will generate a unique identifier for the land title, which will be recorded on the blockchain.

  • Transfer of Ownership Module: This module will allow landowners to transfer the ownership of their land. The transaction will be recorded on the blockchain ledger and will require the approval of both the current owner and the new owner.

  • Verification of Ownership Module: This module will enable anyone to verify land ownership by accessing the blockchain ledger. It will contain all the details of the land, including its ownership history.

  • Dispute Resolution Module: This module will provide a transparent and accurate way of resolving disputes over land ownership. It will contain all the transaction details related to the land, making it easy to verify the ownership history and settle disputes.

  • Smart Contract Execution Module: This module will be used to automate the execution of certain actions related to land ownership. For example, a smart contract can be created to automatically transfer ownership when certain conditions are met, such as the completion of a payment.

  • Integration Module: This module will allow the blockchain system to be integrated with other systems, such as property tax systems, to provide a more efficient and streamlined way of managing land ownership.

  • Security Module: This module will ensure that the blockchain system is secure by using cryptographic algorithms to protect against tampering and unauthorized access.

APPLICATION:-

The application will have a user-friendly interface that allows users to register their land transfer ownership and verify land ownership. The application will be accessible through a web interface and mobile applications.

When a user wants to register their land, they can use the application’s land registration module, which will prompt them to enter the land details such as location area and property type. The system will generate a unique identifier for the land title, which will be recorded on the blockchain. Once the registration is complete, the user will receive a confirmation message

to transfer ownership of the land. The user will use the transfer of ownership module, which will require the approval of both the current owner and the new owner. The transaction will be recorded on the blockchain ledger, which can be verified by any user of the application. The verification of ownership module will enable anyone to verify land ownership by accessing the blockchain ledger, which will contain all the details of the land, including its ownership history. This module will also allow users to search for specific land titles and view the ownership history. The dispute resolution module will provide a transparent and accurate way of resolving disputes over land ownership. If there is a dispute, users can access the transaction details related to the land, making it easy to verify the ownership history and settle disputes. The smart contract execution module will automate the execution of certain actions related to land ownership. For example, a smart contract can be created to automatically transfer ownership when certain conditions are met, such as the completion of a payment. The integration module will allow the blockchain system to be integrated with other systems, such as property tax systems, to provide a more efficient and streamlined way of managing land ownership. Finally, the security module will ensure that the blockchain system is secure by using cryptographic algorithms to protect against tampering and unauthorized access. In summary, the land registration and record management application using blockchain technology can provide a secure, transparent, and efficient way of managing land ownership and registration. This can ultimately benefit both landowners and governments by reducing the potential for fraud and disputes.
