E-Commerce Chatbot

ABSTRACT: –

 

In today’s rapidly changing business environment, it is extremely important to be able to respond to clients’ needs in the most efficient and timely manner. If your customers want to see your business online and have instant access to your products or services, Online Shopping is a lifestyle e-commerce web application that sells a variety of fashion and lifestyle products (currently menswear). This project allows users to view various available products and allows registered users to instantly purchase desired products using an instant payment processor and also place orders. This project provides administrators and managers with easy access to view orders placed. A number of technologies need to be studied and understood in order to create an e-commerce website. The proposed system includes a few features, such as product demand forecasting, which allows administrators or owners to forecast product demand and make decisions based on it. The next feature is price prediction, in which admin can pass some features to the model, and the model can predict the price to set. Following that, we build a chatbot based on a neural network to assist in resolving the user’s query. The proposed system aims to develop an appropriate neural network algorithm that can be used to forecast demand for outgoing distributed products and then evaluate the performance of the selected algorithms by conducting an experiment to investigate the possibility of using long-term forecasts in transportation planning. The proposed system includes price prediction. The method captures the online price of a product by tracking the relevant website and storing the information for analysis. As a result, it forecasts the lowest price among the available products. This study proposes a web application that can assist customers in controlling product prices. The proposed system is an important application as it offers price prediction functions that help analyse the prices of products the next day. Therefore, it can help admins plan before selling on an e-commerce site so more users can interact with the site and products. The price prediction model is developed using the OLS technique. This is a project that aims to create a website where the customer is provided with a shopping cart application as well as knowledge of the technologies used to develop such an application.

 

SYSTEM:-

 

An e-commerce chatbot system is a chat agent that interacts with customers and assists them in various e-commerce transactions. Chatbots are designed to understand customer questions and provide relevant answers and suggestions.

 

The system includes the following modules:

 

  • Natural Language Processing (NLP) module: The NLP module is responsible for processing customer queries and providing relevant information. This model uses techniques such as sentiment analysis, site recognition and target segmentation to understand customer questions.

 

  • Product Catalog Module: The Product Catalog module contains information about the products in the e-commerce platform.
  • This module provides information such as product name, price, description and availability.

 

  • Recommendation Engine Module: The Recommendation Engine Module is responsible for providing recommendations to customers. These models use customer history and behavior to recommend products that match their preferences.

 

  • Payment Gateway Module: The Payment Gateway module is responsible for processing customer payments. The module integrates with payment providers to enable customers to pay directly in the chatbot.

 

 

  • Order Tracking Module: The order tracking module allows customers to track the status of their orders. This model provides information such as order status, estimated delivery time, and tracking information.

 

  • Customer Service: Customer Service allows customers to communicate with customers directly via chatbot. This module provides many options for customers such as chat, phone and email.

 

E-commerce chatbot systems provide customers with a unique business experience, allowing them to interact with the platform in a mutual and personal way.

 

PROPOSED SYSTEM:-

 

 

 

  • Payment Gateway Module: The payment gateway module will be responsible for processing customer payments. The module will integrate with payment facilities and allow customers to pay directly in the chatbot. It will also ensure that the payment process is secure and meets the highest performance standards.

 

  • Order Tracking Module: The Order Tracking Module will enable customers to track the status of their orders. This module will provide information such as order status, estimated delivery time and tracking information.It also sends notifications to customers to let them know about their order.

 

  • Customer Service: Customer Service will allow customers to communicate directly with the customer via chatbot. The module will provide various options for customers such as chat, phone and email. It will also use machine learning algorithms to understand customer questions and provide relevant answers.

 

The e-commerce chatbot system concept will provide customers with a unique business experience, allowing them to interact with the platform in a mutual and personal way.

It will also reduce the workload of support staff by handling customer inquiries and projects. The system will be scalable and flexible and will allow easy integration with other systems and platforms.
