ABSTRACT:-

            In any hiring process, verifying the accuracy of the information provided by the recruiter is the first step in establishing compliance with the company and the employee. For the same reason, miles are too sensitive to make a complete history check for each hired student, without exemption. The study record reveals that employers around the world face a huge loss annually due to misrepresentation of confidential information by hired applicants. Particularly in India, it has been reported that one in six applicants misrepresents themselves. Such alarming data has accelerated the search and visibility of historical experiments in recent years. With the global transformation of the job market, it is very difficult to get a job in a company. People use their curriculum vitae with incorrect details to find the process. International organizations are investing closely to verify the historical facts of job applicants. However, the background verification process completed by those organizations is expensive, time-consuming, and inefficient. To address this issue, we have introduced a powerful response to the use of Design Science Research Methodology where the hash values ​​of all application files offered by multiple companies are stored within the consortium blockchain. Details of the applicant’s process can be established at a specific time in the hiring process by checking the hash file value given the document hash value that will be available within the blockchain. This method can be efficient, time-consuming, and cost-effective to include all types of companies.

 

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT:-

The objectives of the systems development and event management are:

  • Digital certificates use the digital signature technology to user controls to confirm users’ self in the digital branch used to confirm a users identity and access authorization to the network.
  • It provides clearness for employers for verifying the employees educational degree . And save time for document verification.

 

 

EXISTING SYSTEM:-

A association block chain is created where universities companies police doctors and certification authorities have the right to record information in the block chain educational institutions will send educational information such as the name of the program a list of courses taken and the marks of all their students all information you usually find in the textbook will be sent to the block chain companies will post work experience evidence such as the years of knowledge skills and performance ratings of all their employees on the block chain physicians may present the results of a drug test a psychiatric examination or other health check-up of the candidate the police will send a letter confirming the criminal record of the applicant if the applicant does not have a lawless record they will renew his or her document confirming that there is no criminal record certificate authorities may issue a certificate of completion for a competency training session all of these documents will be verified through the administrator node before calculating the hash values and storing them in the block chain all transactions document delivery must have the appropriate format and digital signature of the organizations business otherwise the transaction will be rejected the manager of the organization should confirm and approve the action once the transaction has been approved the value of the document hash in the transaction is calculated along with the identifying hash value social security number and surname and sent to the agreement ordered to renew the block chain the value of the document hash and the hash is stored in the block chain when hash values are stored in a block chain they are variable and no one can use them when a job applicant submits his her documents to the hiring manager during the hiring process the hiring manager will upload the documents to the hash web-based hash verification hash application the hash verification app will compare the value of the uploaded hash file with the available hash value in the block chain if both hash values match the application returns the value as original otherwise it returns the value that the document is forged therefore the hiring manager can easily verify that the documents issued by the job applicant are true.

PROPOSED SYSTEM:-

The college students’ achievements available in the kind of degree certificates, mark sheet, value introduced certificates, etc., will grow to be a totally crucial weightage for recruitment or better studies. The Education group awards and degree certificates should have the names of the group and consequently the student’s information. At some stage in this example there is a lack of powerful opposing forge mechanism, due to these activities consistently the commencement certificates to be forged commonly are found. To resolve the problem of fake certificates, the blockchain generation could shop the certificates in virtual type.   • Candidate/Institute/Recruiter Registration: Both have to register to become a part this verification system.
  • Candidate/Institute/Recruiter Login: Both have to login themself to do some activities.
  • Upload/View documents: Candidate has to upload his own information in block chain network. And he/she has to access to view their own documents.
  • Verify documents: Institute can view all candidates’ documents for verification and he/she verify that documents manually and share that documents with the recruiter.
  • View verified documents: Recruiter can view all candidates’ documents and information which shared with him.
